CHANGES TO WORKCOVER and TAC BILLING
From 1st March 2021 all WorkCover and Transport Accident Commission consultations will be payable by the patient at the time of consultation. Patients with an eligible claim may then use their receipt to claim their entitlement back from their employer/insurer. More information is available by speaking to our reception team.
Federation Clinic will be offering the 2021 Influenza (flu) vaccine to eligible patients. Exact dates and availability of flu vaccine stock is unknown, however, we encourage patients to monitor our website or contact reception for updates.
For a number of operational reasons, Federation Clinic will not be offering COVID-19 vaccinations. For eligibility and a full list of sites offering the vaccine patients can visit the Australian Government Covid-19 Information Page at: www.health.gov.au/covid-19vaccines. Every effort is made to keep appointments running to time, however, due to the unpredictable nature of our work this is not always possible. Patients are encouraged to contact us prior to an appointment to check that the schedule is running to time.
Please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require. If there are multiple or complex issues that need discussion, please let reception know when booking your appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated with the doctor.
