LOCAL COVID-19 SITUATION
Due to the continuing local covid-19 situation, Federation Clinic will remain operating under our 2-team structure for the remainder of 2021. This means that our team members will continue alternating between working in the clinic, and working remotely, to reduce the risk of the whole team ending up in isolation should there be a positive covid-19 case within the clinic.
We will continue to provide telehealth consultations wherever suitable, as well as our ongoing symptom triaging and mask requirements. Our waiting rooms will remain closed for the time being, to reduce the length of exposure time spent by patients in the clinic.

Every effort is made to keep appointments running to time, however, due to the unpredictable nature of our work this is not always possible. Patients are encouraged to contact us prior to an appointment to check that the schedule is running to time.
Please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require. If there are multiple or complex issues that need discussion, please let reception know when booking your appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated with the doctor.
