NEW COMPUTER SOFTWARE
Federation Clinic was excited to transition to new computer software during September 2018. We thank everyone for their patience while we all worked on becoming familiar with the new programs. The new software was implemented to provide patients and staff with a more efficient and reliable operating system.
SMS REMINDERS
As part of the recent computer software change, a new SMS reminder system has also been established. Unfortunately, the consent to participate in the SMS reminder system did not transfer across from the old program, so all patients wishing to utilise this reminder service will need to provide consent to the reception staff who will then be able to activate future SMS messages.

Every effort is made to keep appointments running to time, however, due to the unpredictable nature of our work this is not always possible. Patients are encouraged to contact us prior to an appointment to check that the schedule is running to time.
Please give thought to the amount of time your appointment may require. If there are multiple or complex issues that need discussion, please let reception know when booking your appointment so that sufficient time can be allocated with the doctor.
